fine antique sterling silver fusee pocket watch , signed Wm. Williams, Dalbeattie, serial number 6367 , dating to around 1850 .


Features:


  • Movement: Traditional English fusee chain-driven movement with beautifully engraved balance cock and dust cover.

  • Signature: Engraved Wm. Williams, Dalbeattie (Scottish watchmaker/retailer).

  • Case: Solid sterling silver , hallmarked London with maker’s mark PW .

  • Dial: Classic white enamel with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial at 6.

  • Hands: Ornate gilt spade and whip-style hands.

  • Operation: Key wind and key set (winding and setting holes present).

  • Size: Approx. 50mm diameter (standard full hunter size).
