Featuring a classic white enamel dial with Roman numerals and subsidiary seconds dial, the dial is in very nice condition with only minor surface scratches and no major cracks or hairlines.
The watch houses a quality mechanical movement from the American Watch Company, Waltham, Massachusetts, and is fitted into a solid sterling silver English case . The case is hallmarked Birmingham with a date letter for 1891 and bears the lion passant sterling mark. This is an open-face style pocket watch (not a hunter).
The watch is key-wind and key-set , typical for the period, and engraved "Am. Watch Co. Waltham, Mass" with the movement serial number 8760197 .
Condition:
- Used vintage condition with light wear appropriate for its age.
