Here for sale is a lovely antique Swiss pocket watch dating to approximately the early 20th century.
The watch is housed in a solid .925 sterling silver case , confirmed by the internal hallmarks. The case features an attractive engine turned finish with a central cartouche.
The watch measures approximately 48mm across the case , making it a nice full size pocket watch.
The white enamel dial is very clean with classic Roman numerals , blued steel hands and a subsidiary seconds dial at 6 o’clock.
Inside is a traditional Swiss mechanical movement with decorative balance cock. The watch winds, sets correctly and is currently keeping good time when tested.
Condition:
• Running and keeping good time when tested
• Dial in very nice condition with only minor age related marks
• Case showing normal light wear consistent with age
• Small dent present to the case (please refer to photographs)
• Hinges open and close correctly
